Devonport Heritage 2017, an incorporated society formed in 2017, promotes heritage and sustainable development in Devonport.
Many people are understandably concerned about the effects of intensification on Devonport. If you are one of those, please make a submission to Auckland Council by 29 September. It’s easy to make a submission, especially with this “easy as” submission guide from Devonport Heritage!

This means 3 houses up to 12 metres high, can be built to one metre of the rear and side boundaries. These properties are scattered around Devonport and we believe it will seriously impact the heritage qualities of this highly historic area.
